Activation Checklist: Talitha Cumi Online Bible Hour & Progressive Classes
I. Pre-Launch Preparations (4 Weeks Prior)

Needs Assessment & Planning:
- Conduct a needs assessment survey within H4J Masbate community.
- Identify target age groups and interests for both programs.
- Define specific learning objectives for each program.

Curriculum Development & Adaptation:
- Select or adapt existing Talitha Cumi Bible Hour curriculum for online delivery.
- Design Progressive Classes curriculum (topics, activities, resources).
- Ensure all materials are culturally relevant to Masbate.
- Align curriculum with Adventist mission and community outreach goals.

Platform & Technology Setup:
- Choose a suitable online platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Set up accounts, meeting links, and security protocols.
- Prepare presentation materials (slides, videos, interactive tools).
- Test platform functionality and internet connectivity.

Team Recruitment & Training:
- Recruit volunteer teachers and facilitators from H4J Masbate.
- Provide training on online teaching methods and platform usage.
- Train facilitators on Adventist mission & community outreach integration.
- Establish roles and responsibilities for each team member.

Promotion & Registration:
- Create promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, announcements).
- Distribute materials through H4J Masbate networks.
- Set up an online registration system (Google Forms, etc.).
- Clearly communicate program details, schedule, and requirements.
II. Launch Week (1 Week Prior)

Finalize Logistics:
- Confirm teacher/facilitator availability and schedule.
- Send reminder emails/messages to registered participants.
- Prepare backup plans for technical issues.

Test Run & Rehearsal:
- Conduct a full test run of both programs with the team.
- Practice presentations, activities, and transitions.
- Address any technical or logistical issues.

Community Engagement:
- Host a pre-launch online information session for parents/participants.
- Answer questions and address concerns.
- Build excitement and anticipation for the launch.
III. Program Implementation (Ongoing)

Consistent Delivery:
- Follow the established schedule and curriculum.
- Provide engaging and interactive online sessions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

IV. Monitoring & Evaluation (Monthly)

- Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and impact.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjustment.

- Prepare regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
- Communicate findings to DCN300 and H4J Masbate leadership.
V. Sustainability (Long-Term)

- Develop a sustainable funding strategy to support program activities.
- Seek grants, donations, and partnerships.
